THE FEATURED CRUISING PICTURE (Click on photo to enlarge)
Shoal Waters alongside the
Olympic Stadium during a 112 miles one way journey along 'The Essex Loop' over seven
days and nights at Easter. The journey began at the head of the navigable limit of
the River Stort, Bishop’s Stortford, and took in the River Lee, Bow Creek and the
Thames. Old tricks were used to propel the boat while travelling along this old trade
route, which involved shooting 118 bridges, including the QE2 and Havengore.
