Conservatory Doors

One of the most important aspects of your conservatory design, will be to consider what type of doors to feature in the construction, simply because they will be the most used ‘moving part of the whole room and will also have an effect on all conservatories prices.

Sliding doors or those that open outwards should be chosen for smaller conservatories, avoiding tilt & turn doors because when they open they will intrude into the inner space and reduce the amount of choices for where you place your furniture – this is especially true for smaller Victorian conservatories because they have the added complication of a rounded or faceted floor plan.

Try French Doors or, if you have enough room, sliding doors that either open outwards or move side to side to have the least impact on the inner space.
